This was the article reference in PP’s post below. Now I believe MovNat is a great addition to everyone’s exercise regime, but this page actually is rather marketing. It does not matter that Tigers dont use barbells to get fit – they also don’t ride bicyles, type on computers, ride on the subway, or go to the office to work. The point being – menkind has started to use tools for a number of things, and some tools might be pretty efficient for exercise. For example, if your goal is to lift 200kg stones, then you’d better do some barbell training because it will get you there faster
