Under the assumptions that a (slight) overconsumption of food leads to a higher metabolism (in particular, higher body temperature) rather than fat storage, should this be the target?

Pro: 

  • Higher metabolism = more energy reserves
  • More food = more micro nutrients

Con:

  • More food = more food toxins
  • Waste products of burn cycles

Conclusion:

dont know…
