Under the assumptions that a (slight) overconsumption of food leads to a higher metabolism (in particular, higher body temperature) rather than fat storage, should this be the target?
- Higher metabolism = more energy reserves
- More food = more micro nutrients
- More food = more food toxins
- Waste products of burn cycles
